Hi this is a trainee of mine who has a pretty decent starter salary but he is a monoskilled player..
Age: 18
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: mediocre ↑ Handling: inept
Driving: inept Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious
so my ques is-should I make him into an SG or an SF????????
since he is a bit short for SF so i have decided to make him into an SG so far...
presently i am training him in OD and will continue to train him in the same until the playoffs....
if anyone wants to suggest me to change the training schedule i would like to hear that too....

That guy is definitely a SG, not a SF, mostly because his crappy inside shot, mediocre inside D and 6'2" height. You'll still get the benefits of his rebounding at SG, so that's nice.

I would agree that spending the rest of the season on OD is a good idea. He'll need more OD next season, but you can also throw in passing, along with some 1 on 1 for HDL/DRV and some jump range.

thanx for the help.....i had thought of an 1 on 1 training for 1 week but since he has a really weak OD(same is the case with my other trainee) i just decided to stick to OD till the playoffs and then give him 2 weeks of JS training...

if he was mine I would train OD to prolific then passing to prolific then do some one one one training to get driving , JS, and handling up to around prolific. then work on JR. After that go back and push OD up to Tremendous or just a bit higher.
