So does anyone know what the age is where players will stop popping in attributes completely? Just curious. I got a 26 year old SG who's started popping like he's 18 again in the last two weeks now that I've switched to 1 on 1 training lol

I dont think that theres any age for pops to stop....but generally training players aged above 25 is considered a waste of time.....
the basic reason is the rate is learning skill...i mean a player aged 18 or 19 may learn his skill from 11.0 to 11.8 in a single week of training of JR,a 26 or 27 year old player might not learn even half of that skill...
so i would suggest you to train an 18 yo rather than training your 26yo....

Training players above 25 is not a waste of time if you want to train him for the NT or just give him a pop from marvelous to prodigious, for example. Sure training a 26 year old that has only respectable skills is stupid, you might as well get 18 year olds who train faster.
But you can't just train 18 yo because then you won't get good enough.

I definatly agree with you that when you have a player with marvelous skill or an NT player then it is OK to train that player but the player which he is referring to is having a salary of about 18k....i dont think he has any marvelous skill which can be trained to prodigious...
so dont u think it is a waste of time to train that player.....

It all depends on the manager. If you want to train older players to improve them, go for it.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

1 on 1 might not be that relevant. Driving and Handling (imo) are not that much slowed down by age, so pops in those categories are always possible

Everything besides FT and Stamina is slowed with age but as has been pointed out, if it is your best player or a NT guy then training at 25 or 26 makes perfect sense. I know a manager who has been training his 26 year old this season and has got 6 pops (not FT or stamina). I am training 2 x 20 year olds and 1 x 18 year old and they have only had about the same number of pops (yes I know sublevels etc and they are training faster in reality but it does feel bad).
