Feel like I'm on the right track with this guy:

Weekly salary: $ 6 219
Role: regular starter
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 16400
Age: 19
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: inept

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: pitiful
Driving: inept Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: respectable ↑ Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful

Suggestions from here on out? Building him more as a SF than anything else.

A good player i must say....his height is perfect for me to become an SF....so far u have done a pretty decent work on his training...but he still has a lot of 'holes'....
you should concentrate on his outside skills like JR,OD,handling,dri,pass.....except OD all of them are below level....well OD is also not good enough...
heres what i suggest you-after u finish giving him training in IS(which i suppose should be upto strong or proficient)give him single position training in JR and OD first until both of them reach atleast strong or proficient, then u should train him in driving handling and passing till all of them reach atleast respectable...
if you train him in this way it might take you about 1.5 seasons to get everything to these levels..but it will make your player an all rounded player and he will have a real good base for further training.....
P.S.also manage his GS well....inept GS is way too low....play him as a starter in 1 game and as a backup in the other,in this way he will have perfect minutes for good GS...
hope that helped....;)

i would make some one on one for the elatic effect, even when this effect might change next season.

Else my priorities would be Jumprange, Outside Def, Passing and Rebounding - but it is hard to tell because i would consider what the other trainees need to. So if you have just two other C as trainees, i would concentrating on IS and Passing(if you could afford to play them out of position) ...

Since Jump Range doesn't seem to be a training-specific thing, what would I do in order to get JR up?

Or am I missing something?
