This is a fairly middling prospect. He'll have star-allstar potential with likely a $3000-$3500 stating salary. You could buy a prospect like this very cheaply on the market right after the draft.
If I were in your position, a low draft pick in an active league and ready to promote, I'd save all my scouting points until next year. Then with 2 years worth of scouting points you'd really be able to uncover some gems and be in a better position to actually draft them.

He will be a decent player, and he looks like a career backup, but with the last pick thats very good. If you can get backups every year then you are set. If you arent going to train him try selling him, he might have good secondaries.
