Hi! Since I'm playing only a couple of seasons now I still can't truly understand the tactics on a bit "higher" level. I'm not talking about BB3 or national teams, but 2nd and 3rd league in my country. So if there's anyone with some insight into my upcoming playoff match, it would be really helpful!

Opponent: (114063)

First game: (33307131) : I played with Enthusiasm 10 and Crunch time, he had Enth. 5 and Normal. Game shape of his players were a bit worse than mine, but it wasn't that big of a difference. He was playing at home.

Second game: (33307251) : he had Enthusiasm 9-10, I had 10. I crunched, he took it easy. I was playing at home and won only by 18, which worries me a bit.

I will play him in Conference Finals. I will have home advantage, he will have Enth. of appr. 10, mine will be ~9.

He has a team of shooters and a good center. He always plays Motion. I'm a bit afraid to play 1-3-1 against him because he'd gain a lot of offensive rebounds. 3-2 is a good defense, but sometimes his SG or SF shoots over my PF, which is not great at all. So is M2M better here?

A have a better defense than offense and I have a verstaile team that can play almost any tactics. I have good shooters, passers, drivers and center. Maybe I lack a good PF (Kong), but the one I have has Strong Passing and good defense+shotblocking.

He has a really strong outside game, but is not that great in defending either outside or inside. What do you suggest?

Any help is really appreciated!

Yes, I was really tinkering with that idea. Although I was also thinking about a slow tactic because I have a solid offensive flow, but I didn't try it yet against a strong team so that woud be an experiment...

If you're 100% sure that he's going to play motion then I think you need to pick a defense that matches up against that. He's handing you an advantage this way. Plus you've said that his strength is on the perimeter. I agree that 1-3-1 is terrible for rebounding so I'd go with 3-2.
