I want to ask if it's not better if the position of two team with the same W-L record it's decided by the matches played by the two teams (I know my English it's bad, so I make an example).

Team 1 and Team 2 (both in the same conference) have played 20 games and the record of the teams is 15 wins and 5 losses for both teams, Team 1 wins both games against Team 2, but the Score Difference is better for Team 2: now Team 2 take the better position in the standing. But, I think, it's better if Team 1 (who won both games against Team 2) take the better position.

So basically instead of using the point differential, they should use tie breakers?

definitely PD should account for something as well. I think between two teams with the same record, tie-breaker should be used but PD should count as well if they go 1 for 1.

It would give better meaning to sweeping a series than PD. Either way, it's working right now so if they decide to do this, it would be on the backburner for a long time.

In case of the same win - loss record the position between two teams the position it's must based like the real basket :
1. The team who win both games have the lead
2. PD in the games played against the other team (example if win - loss record between the two teams is 1 - 1 and team 1 wins the first game by 15 points e loss the second game by 7 point the team 1 have a better PD so it must to take the lead)
3. PD in the entire championship.

I think it's not better if the team who does best against the league it be best ranked, beacuse a team who win 2 games against the team which have the same record it's probably stronger than the team who lost the 2 games, but it have the same record with worse PD for injuries and it cannot play with the best formation ad it loss games which probably didn't loss if it would have had the best formation

The last answer was incorrect. The next tiebreaker used is Points Scored.
