if u are stronger than your opponent at rembound then u can play 1-3-1,if u not then 3-2 is the best option.

3-2 is the safe option, and 1-3-1 the right one if you're better at rebounding. However, he also has awful offensive flow, so this might be one of the few cases where FCP could actually be the best choice.

Usually I'd agree. But against awful offensive flow, I'm ready to consider FCP a real alternative. If they lose a third of their possessions to turnovers, they need to hit really well to make up for it.

as i said, maybe you are right about OF,but his opponent has high outside offence and FCP will increase his fg%.thats why i said that its risky.ofcourse if he force him to 30-40 TO its a very big advantages

If you're playing with mediocre OD against proficient OS, you'll concede a high shooting % no matter what. FCP will make this worse, yes, but I don't think it'll change much on the shooting %es, at least compared to the difference the TOs can make.

but FCp is pretty weird, you see so often result who ain#t connected to the offensiv flow. Because having a bad handling/passing Center is worse then have a medium handling and passing team, even when the resulting offensiv flow is different.
But overall the sacrifices for an FCP are big, so that i would only play it out of desperation.

IMHO 3-2 will put enough pressure on the guards to capitalize on a weak offensive flow and it's also good against outside shooting.
3-2 would be my choice.

BTW, that game you linked went into OT. Ratings can become greatly exaggerated in OT games. Don't take the ratings in that game too seriously (and don't take team ratings in general too seriously).

I would play FCP vs Motion, but not vs. R'n'G. 1-3-1 is a better risk. R'n'G teams often take shots when the bigs are still running up the floor, so chances of offensive rebounds are smaller.
1-3-1 guarantees all his shots are well contested.
Do you really wanna piss him off play LP as well :)

3-2 could work. 1-3-1 is also a great option(maybe even a better option) but remember with 1-3-1 your PF needs to have good OD.
