Shooting 4-17 from the free throw line. Train free throws. Promoting depends on the number of bot teams in the division above you.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Promoted from your league and division last season
FWIW:
So did the team that i beat in the semi final
this season, that would be you
so I think you have a good chance

- he's using only Outside Isolation and Man To Man.
- he's inside defense is worse than outside.

All you had to do is use Look Inside/Low Post and 3-2 zone and you'd win that.

he beat me bad when i used an outside and 1 so decided not to use tactics i hadnt tried......... well as long as i promote its fine i guess....... and for sum reason i have 3 guys below mediocre in ft's n they went 3/10 but my sg was proficent n he missed 2 which is just stupid and an injury to my best player was the main reason i guess

mediocre free throws are too low. Just train them now, so this kind of problem disappears. Reliable FT shooting gives you wins in close matches.

You have a stud big man, he has inept inside defense but inside of exploiting that, you played base offense and your big man only took 10 shots (5th most on your team) while the rest of your starters chucked up bricks.

He did have home court advantage I`m pretty sure you would have won with with LI or LP offense.

Yeah im for sure gonna train ft's now.... n i didnt except my sg to get injured i thought it would be better if i just used man to man n they both got the same out of shots but it didnt turn out that way
