Good day to you all,

My name is Arthur, I’m from small city in Latvia. Decided to candidate for New Zealand's NT elections.

Shortly about me: I’m 22 years and 7 months old, and this is my 15th season in BuzzerBeater. I’m champion of Latvia now two seasons in a row. But in all this time I never was a coach of a National team although that’s my second try in elections. Previous was 10 seasons ago, I finished second with 28 votes in Latvia NT elections. I guess needed this time to overcome the pain of finishing second, lol. Although I never managed any National team, I always helped Latvia's NT managers with tactic selections, scouting etc.

Surely one of the things I can give is my experience, hard work and doing anything to succeed. And Im ready to cooparate with every manager that is willing to help, as two heads are smarter then one.

I'm open to discussions and ready to answer every question.

p.s. I won't be suprised to see negative comments, as not everybody is keen to see a foreigner manager as a candidate.

Thanks for your time,

Best regards,
Turix

Hey all,

I am going to run for NT coach again. Most of you probably already know me but for those who don't I am Sam and live in Chch, been playing BB since season 8, been promoted to div1, stayed there for 4 seasons, got demoted and have just been promoted again. I have had a few top 4's in the Cup and been in the playoffs in div1 twice. I have also had a stint as a BB GM and been U21 coach and NT coach.

I believe our countries NT side is just starting to improve as the young players are starting to overtake the older players skill wise, I'm always here to help coaches with training advice and always love chatting about tactics to other managers.

I try to involve the NZ community as much as I can when making decisions for the side and always welcome input.

Anyway, if there are any questions please post them in the Debate thread and I will get back to you :D

hi
I think you remember me
I'm coachmonte (my real name is giuseppe), I live in Italy and I play buzzer beater since the 11 season. in Italy there are a lot of strong team and the costs are very high. in this two season I have improved my way of training my team in BB and my real team. I'm an English teacher so I don't need Google translator to communicate. in these last seasons NZ players are better but I haven't any one because they are too expensive. I think the ex NZ coach, the new and U21 NZ coach have to communicate to improve the team together. all the coaches of NZ HAVE TO COLLABORATE for the national team. in this period I have much time to dedicate to the NZNT. Tactics are very important to win a match and I will study other opposing teams. I think the defense is the most important thing to win a match. if players don't suffer points they will attack without the pression to mark at all costs. post questions for me in the DEBATE THREAD.
Thanks, bye
