For many established managers, the arena has completely lost relevance in the game. No more seats to build, prices optimized, etc. Aside from changing the name every off-season and looking at how many STH have gone, there isn't anything to be done. I'd like to see something new in this area. What it is, I don't really have a clue, but if you do, lay it out right here.

Add upgradeable training facilities, food court, hot dog stands, parking garage, video cube (or what those things hanging over the court are called), dressing rooms, medical facilities.

Those things sound a bit sim-cityish but the training facilities might be a good idea- have several levels of training facilities that can be reached depending on the amount of cahs you sink into them and make it a multiplier to the training.
1- dank costs $10000 up to 7. state of the art- costs 7.5 million (roughly the cost of a maxed out arena)

Once you pump enough money into ti your training facility goes up to the next level
dank
smelly
free weights
nautilus
air-condfitioned
full fitness
state of the art

or something like that.

I also like the idea of having some kind of promotional package that may or not bring more merch sales or seat revenue.
