If i want to increase my offensive flow, which should i train? handling or passing? or if it is both of them, which is better? thx for the advice

Nobody knows... I think there is a general agreement in that handling and passing should have an effect, but it is not clear yet whether other parameters are opperative or not, and whether the offensive flow is determined only by your own team or not.
From the rules, it looks like you will get a better offensive flow when you have better handling, better outside defense (??) and a more effective attack (related to the possibility of turnovers).
My theory is that handling and something else... determine the offensive flow, and the offensive flow will control how many assisted shots you will get (the number), and the passing ability of your team(player) will tell how good is the assisted opportunity (the quality).
Any other idea??

I think you forgot the most important skill that contributes to offensive flow and that is Passing!
