So what does everyone think of the new training system? If you want to know more, read the news or global. Starting from about here: (191779.32).

I will not get too involved in the discussion. Although, my opinion is clear if you read my recent press release. ;-)

One thing that I think they're overlooking is that there are many times where you do not want a skill to increase since skills are so tightly tied to salary.

One of the reasons I feel like I botched Milot's training was that I overtrained handling and then when I tried to push his passing, JS and driving up I ended up getting unwanted secondary pops in handling which made his salary unmanageable. A situation where you have absolutely no control over a player's salary is going to make training affordable elite players an even bigger nightmare.

Sounds like small forwards are going to be much more powerful.

my initial thoughts are that i'm not going to like it. slowing down primary training isn't going to help people if they are trying to following any sort of plan. making things more random will not help those with goals and plans, it will only take longer to reach them and hinder progress.

I think that changing the training routines might be a good idea but the random factor of the cross training category makes absolutely no sense. The idea went sideways at some point.

I was in on that bid war. Lacroix is a lot like Wendon used to be. He would have gone nicely with my NT PG. But I also have other parts to buy if I want to get back up to Naismith soon.

The 67s told me to thank 'you' for bidding him over 4mill. Lucky I still have one SG/SF on my team...

If balanced players gets pop faster, then it will be great. I am also interested in seeing how this will change the elastic effect...
