Hi, I have a question...I bought a Center with decent ID and RB, bad IS and above-average Passing for a Center (Prominent). Now I know OD stops Passing. How about if you put a Center like mine with Prominent Passing on PF or C position? Will his Passing be partially stopped by opponent's ID? If I play Motion or R&G, he should have a bunch of assists, right?

My guess is that passing is affected by the OD of all the players on the court. But is ID affecting it too? I don't know...

But if the opponent is playing Man to Man defense and my Center is guarded by a Center with atrocious outside defense, my Center should have a field day assisting...right?

That's right. It's also the reason for some of the triple-double machine Centers in the game - against low OD opponents, they will start passing the ball out of the post if they can't get an easy dunk. So yeah, proficient passing in a PF/C can be very beneficial.

His DR is only 2 and HA 5. That's the thing, I don't want him to score. I want him to pass, that's why I'm using him primarily in outside tactics.

What is the best offense though, to increase assists if you have good passers on your team?

Hi, I have a question...I bought a Center with decent ID and RB, bad IS and above-average Passing for a Center (Prominent)
>> he should be world class

Now I know OD stops Passing. How about if you put a Center like mine with Prominent Passing on PF or C position?
>> u can generate some fast breaking opportunities from his outlet pass and he can also initiate the offense from the hi post if his DR,JS is good, low post if his IS is good

Will his Passing be partially stopped by opponent's ID?
>> if he got the ball in the low post or if your team can even get the ball to him, or no one can finish against your opponent.

If I play Motion or R&G, he should have a bunch of assists, right?
>> skill doesn't directly = stat, especially ur team seems to lack the finisher to complete all the nice pass
