It is after 5 weeks (35 days), but bot-ization happens early on Monday morning (local time). So some teams could show a last log-in of almost 6 weeks ago, but won't become a bot for another couple of days.
The players are transfer listed at the time the team is converted to a bot. They will be removed from that team's roster and the team will be shown as "Managed by a computerized player". The transfer deadline is set at 72 hours + a random amount of time between 0 and 24 hours. Because bot-ization is done separately for each country, players from New Zealand, Australia and East Asia will tend to be the first on the TL (but because of the randome 24 hiour offset) there will be overlap.
Players with $5K salary generally aren't transfer-listed. Young players (18 and 19) with salaries around $5500 are listed, as well as players on NT regardless of salary. Otherwise the cutoff is around $6000.
