Does anyone know if there is a way to find the sub levels of your players skills?

You can't see them.
The only way to guess if a player has high sublevel in a skill is if one of your trainees doesn't get an up in that skill for 2 or 3 weeks in a row.

But there's no way to see the actual number of his sub level.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.
