Wouldn't really worry about a ceiling with HOF potential, but he is unlikely for U21 as he is sort of behind other 18 yr olds skill wise, but if trained effectively for several seasons he could be a National Team guard though due to his higher potential.

^ ^, I know he is improbable for U-21.but a few seasons he could be a NT Start guard.
Do you like guards has high Rebounds ?

Well I'm sure any NT manager would like a guard who can rebound, but I'm not sure how much time you can afford to waste training it. Knowing our NT it would take a solid 6-8 seasons of guard training to get this guy to USA NT guard level! Maybe with cross training he might get some RB pops.

Usually his kind of ceiling depends on the house he lives in and since he is a rookie and hasn't got many pay checks yet his ceiling is probably an ordinary one. He may live in an apartment and if he does you could ask others who live in that apartment how they feel about that ceiling. I for one like my ceilings in quality condition and make sure my players have good ceilings too.
