I notice that a whole lot of successful teams play inside based offenses because they seem to be more effective. Perhaps this is because a lot of people over-train outside defense. Question is, what elements do you need in your roster makeup, your player builds, and your tactics usage to be a very successful outside oriented team in the top leagues?

i played long time without exceptional shooter(my championship team have 1-2 pretty good shooters), but my team had good passing values and good shooting bigs(like playing with two PF). My Motion offense is quite effective with that.

My rival has three good-exceptional shooters, one Defensive Center(ID, Reb and i believe some SB but no IS), and passing on the positions 1 and 3. I manage to steal him somehow the homecourt, but he plays an pretty succesful RnG.
