Yesterday I played much weaker team then mines and I was pretty sure that I will win, but somehow he destroyed me by 32 points. I don't get it how? Did he CT'ed against me or something? Game: http://www.http://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/36171409/box...

he definitely crunch timed it and did you play TIE?..... and youre teams definitely better shouldve played an inside offense since thats where ur strength seems to and another reason couldve been the low game shape of your players and he had home court aswell so a lot of things were the reason for the loss

Yea I played TIE because I thought I should have him even with my main players in bad GS after messing up my Cup line up set up and overplaying them. Yea, after thinking over I see now that my GS and HCA were big adventage for him, but still who CT's in their 3rd season game? That's what totally got me. Thanks for replay. And no my team is mid/outside based more just due to rough GS my guards didn't play well. Hoping I do better in next game.

Why would you even think, that he was much weaker team than yours? Because you have one player at 22k? That's just one player... You had awful gameshape, bad tactics, played at his homecourt. I think if you both would have normaled, he would even beat you on your home floor.
Complete fail in understanding the game...

He probably CTed you because it was a TV game.

Hammy knows how to play to his strengths, he's a pretty smart manager. He beat me in OT by one in our Private League game the other day. Not suprised that he won at all.

First the guy that's 22k is only a C for ID and RB skills. Second his team is mostly made up of 21-24 that are on average 5k salary with exception of few players. Thus means his player did not match my starters that are a bit older, but with average of 8k salary. I know they might be being trained, so they haven't had their salaries increased, but I got trainees too same age and with higher salaries, so I highly doubt his team is better than mines. Yes the big fault was my main players GS were low because of my mistaken in Cup game line up set up due to limited access of internet due to me being on vacation and I TIE'ed game too. We will see in a month, we will be meeting in my house and on TV too. We''ll see then.

Er? He has 4 guys with 8000+ salary. So it's not such a clear comparison as you stated.

Then, he CTed, and you TIE.
Next, he's at home.
Next, your GS stunk, his was good.
Next, he had a better bench, or at least he used them. Your guys all played essentially the entire game, meaning that on average they didn't perform up to their salary/gameshape level, due to being tired.

Frankly, I'd have been surprised had you won even on equal effort.

Plus, with his players I'm not sure you can go only by salary. Why? Well his big men and SFs had quite a few assists in that game (he had overall very good flow). Passing doesn't add much to their salaries, but it makes them a lot more effective. And, I wouldn't be surprised if his cheaper guys have good defensive skills, which are relatively cheaper than the corresponding jump shot levels.

The game is not about salary. The sooner you understand this, the better.
