This week I have both a rivalry game which I will be playing away on Tuesday, then I have my TV game at home on Saturday. I'm also playing a pushover D-VI team for the cup, so I can easily TIE for that game. I have 6 enthusiasm now and I only feel like I will be able to win only one of the games. Which one is more important to win?

I would play normal both league games and TIE for the Cup. If you can, play your best lineup for both league games. Unless they CT you or they are MUCH better than you, you should be able to win both games.

They are both important games, but if you can't play both I'd go after the Rival game first, just because it's a Rival. I believe a loss in either game will result in the same amount of dropped attendance.

Right is not a popularity contest!

Please note that TV match is important for both of us. Meanwhile You aren't rival for Your rival (it isn't rule, every case is different).
So it's possible that opponent in TV match wants to win this match more than Your rival, because for You rival this match is ordinary.

What B.B. said. However, you should also note that the rivalry game is more important in one aspect - you'll play your rival only twice, but you have three TV games. So it's easier to make up for a bad TV game than for a lost rivalry match.
