So, i'm setting up my players to have a perfect 5 for playing RnG.
For each position i have so far:
PG: well balanced with at least 7 on all skills (becoming a 100k+ salary player)
SG: Guard skills at least 14 but with IS;1
SF :well balanced with at least 7 on all skills except passing with 4 (on average he has about 10 on all skills)
PF: well balanced with at least 5 on all skills with JS:13;JR:7
C: 15 on all center skills and JS:10; JR:6;

The questions that i have for the more experienced players:
Is the IS from the SG affecting the overall shot %?
Do inside players have a need for JR to be higher than 7-8?
How important is passing for all players not only the guards seeing that this is a low assist tactic?

i liverd a long time without IS from the SG, and now i don't recognuze much difference.

If you want to include your shooting big men(pretty much like mine) motion offense works better for me.

Which positions are still debatable, because it looks like they are all there with your borders

SF should be as good as your SG in passing.

SG doesn't really need IS, it helps but it's not needed. 4 or so would be fine. Doesn't need driving at all.

PG doesn't need driving at all but needs to be absolutely lights out passer, the flow of the offense relies very heavily on the point guard.

Center doesn't need much jump shot but could use at least a 7 in range.

I had some problems with the SG that as you can see is one of my best players but still shoots about 0.3-0.4% and 3pt about 0.3, witch i consider bad seeing that he has 20+ JS and 15 JR so i tought that could be related to IS.

Could you specify a procentage about the PG's importance for Offensive flow. This is my biggest issue because i'm training PG now and i see i have a problem here.
As i know PG:55%, SG:20%, SF:10%; C/PF:15%

He's probably missing a lot because you have such a weak offensive flow and he's not getting good shots.

That said, low 40 percent , and mid 30 percent is decent enough for a guard, especially for an offense where the objective is to just chuck long range bombs early in the clock.

As far as OF goes I'd estimate it'd be about 51% 20% 21% 6% 2%.

Just make sure your SF has good passing like your SG, preferably around the same as well as your PG being at least 15 in passing.

This "doesn't need driving" is bad advice.

Doesn't need driving is bad advice, but you don't need as much as you do with other offenses. Also you would want a PG that can shoot, because he will get the ball alot and should be good when he gets open shots. The SF needs to play more like a SG and inside skills aren't as important as a normal SF. Also the PF should be able to shoot a 3.

In BuzzerBeater to build good RnG You need:
good OD, ID, RB, PS
and some SB, IS, DV, HN, JR and JS.

You absolutely do not need driving in a Run and Gun offense. It's a catch and shoot offense.
