If someone is on your Buddy List and they become inactive, they do not display on your Buddy List but still count against your limit of 10.

Just fond the thread here so sorry for the previous post somewhere else
I can not update my buddy list. There are 4 buddies in it and when I click on the change buddy link error page appears.
Same happens when i click on Add buddy icon on some team page.

I'm having trouble reproducing the problem. Obvious note: the buddy list doesn't auto-update, it only updates when the page is loaded. May be relevant, probably isn't.
