or whatever it's called. Does training one skill get slower the further one goes from the mean or is it that other skills are sped up if they are much lower than the mean? In the former case, one can train one skill as high as one wants and then train the others. In the latter case, you would have make sure that the training should be balanced at all times.

both are correct the higher one skill is above the rest the slower its train where as the lower one skill is from the rest the faster its trained. So the new system promote a little more well rounded players.

We have a lot of great outside shooters. Unfortunately, we play all our games indoors.

It has been 4 weeks since the new cross-training was implemented. I assume you are talking about your 28yo PG. I doubt you have already precisely quantified how much slower he trains, what is due to age and what is due to cross-training.

What are you training him in? Is it 1-pos or 2-pos?
