I have trainer he is ok,. but i want one with specfic skill and i tried to bid on a new one and i dont if i got him or not . but how does this work. Do i have fire a trainer before i buy a new one. becuase i want a cheaper trainer but the same type of work rate. The one im getting now is geting a little to rich for my blood.. lol

Also i would like to know where is the trade market tranfer list. I have 2 players who can be good for someone else my coach wont ever play them. and when put I them in they dont score nothing or the coach pullt hem out .. But they are star and all star skill rank. I would love for them to play for another team and get right full start& minutes they deserve.. where is the proper list to advertise them ..

Click on the player you want to sell, then choose a price for him and click sell.

If you go to the staff page, you can buy staff from there.

To buy players, go to the Transfer List.

You can check on all of these by going to the bids page.

I'd only recommend firing trainers if you plan not to train any players at all or if the salary is just too high. Anything else, just keep him. As for getting a new one, choose "replace trainer instead". If you win the bid, the trainer will be automatically replaced, but you will have to pay the old trainer severence of 1 week salary. For D5 an advanced trainer is good enough. Decent salary for them is around 11-15k. Try getting cheap ones, there's plenty of them, advanced ones can cost as low as $1000 if you're lucky. But expect to go 20-30k. More than that is not worth it. Note that Superior (1 level better than Advanced) trains only 5% more and usually cost 400-500k (salary between 14k - 20k) and is not worth it for your division.

As for where the transfer list is, go to your team page by clicking on your team name at the menu to your left. From there hover over the drop down menu at the top right, and it will show among a list of things Transfer Market. But if you want to sell them and put them on the transfer list, instead of going to the TL, go to Roster, then click on the player. There you will find an option to sell the player.

You are the coach so you'd be firing yourself. A trainer uses a player minutes to conduct skill pops. A manager(you) tells the coach what to do.

Set your line-up by going to the "Next Match" on the right hand side of the screen.
You can get them more mins. by setting the Substutions to "Strictly follow Depth Chart". IF you play both league games with
This pattern you will got 50-65mins. per Starter.

In a scrimmage you can play the other players in a scrimmage because scrimmages don't count against you. They are for player experience and training mins.

Maybe you need to expand your Menu, left hand side of screen click "Long Menu not recommended" link, if you haven't done so already, now you should see all that you are looking for.
Also, when you click on the "Help" the post that you see helps explain the game, try reading this to give you a start.

Are you sure that superior trains only 5% faster? What about excpetional compared to advance?

U click on the staff button then press Find replacement then its like the transfer list look up what u want and then u gotta do 3 steps after
