I would train, Ben Terrell and Tomas Bargiela, in PG skills, Outside defense, Range, driving. For now.

Your team looks good. I'd focus on building your arena though. It will be way to small for the next level.

I agree with WFUnDina.

Your arena is much to small for someone near going into D.IV. I would shoot for at least 6000 seats, but more would be better (adding 500 bleachers, 100-200 lower tier, 50-100 courtside, and 10 luxury boxes would be good).

Even with the arena you have, you need to adjust your ticket prices. You're not selling out the bleachers, so that price has to go down (maybe 8-9 dollars, depending on how quickly you will expand). Then the other seat types that are selling out can be increased a bit. Sadly, last night was the time to set your new prices. Now you'll have to wait until sometime around the return of intraconference play to adjust them.

As for your team, Terrell and Bargiela are good enough for training. You can never go wrong pumping up outside defense, and it's relatively cheap in terms of salary. After that I personally would prioritize passing over jump range, but that would depend on the exact skill levels. If you're gonna train, I'd suggest a decent level trainer (advanced would be good)

Your team overall is definitely good for D.V., but it could be a lot better. First, you're not managing gameshape as well as you should. Now that you're out of the cup, there's no reason to be starting your usual starters in scrimmages. In fact, I probably wouldn't even play them at all. Aim for your players to have 50-60 minutes per week (ideally, 48-72 is ok as well). You want to have as many players in proficient and strong gameshape as possible. At lower gameshapes (and you've got some average and respectables), your 12K salary guys will play like 6K salary guys. If you don't already, I would suggest getting a doctor with the massage skill, that will help you in maintaining gameshape.

Secondly, you need to start managing your enthusiasm. Currently you've been playing normal against teams with computer managers. In those games you should win handily, so you should select "take it easy" in order to build up enthusiasm. Now this might be hard to do, as you're going into games against Great 8 teams. But enthusiasm is crucial for good playoff performances. At this point you may not be able to match up against ultradeluxe. But at least your Big 8 opponents aren't building enthusiasm either.

Finally, I think you need to improve your team's defense. You're certainly scoring well, but you've given up a lot of points, even against unmanaged/bot teams. You might consider getting some backup players with good defensive skills (even 7 is good for D.V, 8 and above will be very good defenders, especially if their secondary defensive skill is good).

Overall, if I had to bet, I'd predict that you're likely to make the finals, but that you'll end up losing to ultradeluxe. But anyway you slice it, it's a successful season!
