Transfer Price Estimate: There have been 7 recent transfers of 25-26 year old point guards with respectable passing and announcer-bench warmer potential. Elviro Olivares is probably better than all 7 of these players, but the few that are most similar have been selling for around $ 150 000 to $ 400 000.

I had to copy-paste the information because the transfer estimate will probably change next week, as much as I'd love to sell this player for the price indicated I know that you cannot sell this player, unless the price was already agreed upon (if you know what I mean...). Please feel free to post, how inaccurate the estimates are getting with your own players.
Maybe there could be a correction so transfer market pricing estimates are closer to the actual values of the players.
Just wanted to show everybody how unreliable it really is.

In can be fairly accurate, unless you're looking at well-rounded small forward type players. Then it's always inaccurate.
