In 1-3-1 your PF has to be able to defend outside shots, so I think 3-2 with your SF with 7 OD. And does he seriously have a 3k center? My original team had a better center.

I'd go 1-3-1, his inside scoring for the last game was pitiful and his rebounding inept. Your center should be able to hold down the inside. Your power forward will have do have some outside defense for it, but he needs OD in 3-2 and man to man to. What is your power forwards outside D, and whats your centers?

3-2 should work, 1-3-1 it's probably too risky. I never used it. But with his game shape, you could play a fast pace offense and even a m2m and get way with it.

Yes his opponent has bad rebounding, but there is no reason why he should give up that advantage. Also in a 1-3-1 your PF needs very good OD while in a 3-2 its not extremely important. I would never use 1-3-1 in a game you should win so don't take the risk.

I believe 1-3-1 is an option when you are sure your opponent will use an outside tactic and your PF has decent outside defense.

I play sometimes 1-3-1 and than I use a small forward on PF. I think it is a good option against an outside attack.

Only in the dark, we succeed!

But he has the better team and when you should win you don't need to play a risky tactic. Especially at home. If you run a 3-2 you are going to completely out-rebound your opponent which is going to give them less shots.

you should be able to win, especially going look inside you will destroy him. I'd say you could win with a TIE

I don't think it would be a risk, with your strong Inside scoring ratings vs. his awful inside defense ratings and you are at home. I bet you will beat him by 30-40
