how close to the cap do you think is this SF with starter potential?

Weekly salary: $ 9 165
Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: tremendous Handling: strong
Driving: average Passing: strong
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: strong ↑
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: average Free Throw: pitiful
