Hello, im looking some answers for my question.

Firstly, im introducing my player:

Weekly salary: $ 6 632
Role: regular starter
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 83300
Age: 19
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: prolific
Driving: prominent ↑ Passing: strong
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: pitiful

Well, will he be able to be in national team or in U21 ? Im trying one new tehnique, I want to do this player pure passer, I will never train his Jump range or shot. He will do like 5-6 shots per game but his shooting abilty and defence would be more focused for team with very strong inside players. (look inside, etc) This guy is one of most important players in my team so far.

What to train?

Kenneth

In my eyes, a PG without good JS is almost useless. It's like a SG with 20 JS and 4 passing. Not quite, but almost.

So I really doubt training only passing is a good idea. Anyway, I would train OD, JS, and passing as primary skills.

if he made the U21 team, ask the current coach(or scout if known) of his nation if he had a chanche and how he should look like.

If it isn't a small nation i think his career in the senior team is impossible, and most likely he should be the mentioned specialist you are going to build to be stronger then other players of his age group. But not everyone like sch players, but i would put one into the roster for inside tactics if i would be a NT coach(and he is better in OD and passing then the "normal" PGs")

i would say focus on JS, PS and OD and he can make the U21 team and probably wont make the national team because of his potential and it also depends on the level of trainer u have and i feel like u need atleast prominent jumpshot to be picked for the u21 team and jump range will just train with it so that should be fine for now..... and u got two trainees that need training with the same skills so jump shot and passing are the way to go

Best possible way to make U21 train passing and OD to sensational and after that train JS to prominent and then go back to passing and OD. I've got a player I'm pretty much doing the same as you with and should make U21 next season
