most important skills:
Inside shot, Inside Defense, Rebounding

maybe the next important skill:
Shot blocking - there a lot discussions about it, if it is worth or not

Next group:
Passing, Jumpshot and i personally believe also OD

least important:
Jump range

You could guess where driving and handling are ranked in my eyes, but i don't want to list it that low cause the one and one training for forwards is quite strong cause it train also IS and JS on a decent rate. If you focus just on the 3 key skill, the player work in games at east on C, but you had trouble to sell him cause his salary is quite high.

Have you ditched the ultra expensive trainer for an affordable one? Don't forget to fill out the other positions with cheap veterans from the TL

Some people have big man with atrocious on the guard skills and just rotate between IS, ID and REB. Then when the salary gets too high, they sell those players for low values (because a player without secondaries is terrible).
I would train some 1vs1 for forwards and some passing in your players (not forgetting the previous meantioned, Is,ID and REB). Cheap and your players have a reasonable impact in the game.
