Hey guys im sort of new to this game and am wanting to get some better staff but what do they really do especially the PR-manger. Why are some of them so expensive and some so cheap. Also do the skill level or whatever of you staff increase the higher there salary gies up each week or does it stay constant. When should u replace my existing staff...

As a division IV I have some very specific suggestions.

Doctor: Your players are probably very cheap so you don't need much of a doctor. You could be alright with a basic one or get a level 2 with massage speciality. This will help your player's game shape which is vital and help with injuries. Don't hire one that coats more than $10,000 with a weekly rate of $6,000 or less.

PR: He is supposed to improve your income but I am a little sceptical how effective they are. One thing that does work is the specialities. Decide if you want help with home games (crowd involvemet) or away games (national appeal) and get a basic one - same costs as a doctor.

Trainer: This is a very long topic but as a new player the aim would be to get a level 4 (with fitness if possible) for less than $20,000 and less than $20,000 a week. Get training - it is the best way to make money and improve your team.

A PR manager is meant to increase your merchandise income, and attract more fans to your games even if your team is losing (eg higher arena income).

However I agree with the seagulls and think there's really no need to go above competent level (3) with a specialization.

Invest your money in some decent young trainees and a level 3 or higher trainer.

Go for fitness, this will help to prevent stamina drops during the season.
