I've gotten to the point that my players are going to be out of position for some key training for about 8-10 weeks. So I'm pretty much going to roll over and lose each week by my estimate. Looking forward to next season!

Well, with 2 new teams and your 4-1 start, I think you should be okay. I'm figuring out the game and going through the tutorial (so I apologize for this post), and I think it will be several weeks before I get the hang of it...

@bjel - Welcome to the league. You might want to double check the dates on the posts you reply to. Divine posted that a year ago :)

Let me know if there's anyway I can help. Best of luck.

Though oddly enough he replied right after i sold my NT caliber player....and have since turned into a so-so team until I gear up again for another run.

I'm happy to help as well. I've been around the block for awhile now so I should know a trick or two...

1) dont worry about sticking around.

2) invest in roughly 3250-3750 18 year olds at this point in the season or 3000-3500 in next offseason at either PG/SG or PF/C. get an advanced trainer at minimum and read up on how to rotate them.

3) invest the remainder of the income per game into arena to get a better weekly income base.

Thats what every new player should try to understand imo.

On the flipside, i'm glad your NT caliber player is gone for our next matchup :)

=P Of course you are.

Though honestly so am I..mainly because he takes 200k per week to sustain...suicidal amounts of cash for this div.

Ya, I'm only at 128K per game this season. I don't know how you could afford Scipio for that long and not get fired. Hell of a man, Kaile, hell of a man.

To get him up there I had a top level trainer for awhile too...I maintained my team through sheer luck I feel.

It's a shame all the good teams are on one side of the bracket. I feel as if any of me, Navajo post-purchases, or divine were on the other side, we'd be running away with it.

Gotta find some way to ruin the defense that Ixlos has or just TIE.

G8 has only had the moxie for 2 seasons. It's because the 2 of the last 3 promotions were from the B8. The third power on that side were called the tootsies, they botted out. ATL Pacers were the up and comer and they got zapped in the first game of the finals last year for cheating. He still messages me, he's down in D5 now. First time in 4 seasons for him, as he spawned in D4.
