I have a 12-7 team in an incredibly tough division. My fans are at 2.5 basketball and my last home game VS a playoff team drew 67% of my arena....My prices are low btw.....Could you people at BB lighten up on this because it is totally unrealistic. Any team with a good record palying a playoff bound team this late in the season should be drawing fat crowds. There are a few glitches in this game I have noticed in the year I have been palying but the fans is by far the worst.

I have to agree that fans are very demanding in this game, and that can be very frustrating. But I suggest you move this to the suggestions forum, for example

Your attendance was fairly good in the period 8/7/2011 - 9/21/2011 which is a good reflection of your results at that period. Then, you started loosing games and the attendance started to drop. Results from previous games strongly affects arena attendance.

I agree with you Redstone357. I am not having a great season but the fans are brutal. It would almost make more sence for me to throw games and get booted back to Div V so that I could make a ton of money. I too have my prices low and cant get good attendence, however I am not doing as good as you.. I wish it was a more realistic. But then I played about 40 games before I ever saw a shot made with a foul called, you know 3 the old fashioned way...so my guess is that they are constantly working to make it better. And I have never seen a 5 second call.

Perhaps more courtside seats would help cushion the blow a bit? Those should be less sensitive to recent game results, as opposed to bleachers.

That's very true and can be seen in his arena page.

Try getting relegated.

I got booted from DIII last season, now I'm 18-1 with a 500+ point difference and I still am only at 75-80% full. Not cool. Especially since when you get relegated you bring a much higher salary to a league that can't support the high salary.

I like how challenging the game is, but I'm basically losing money every week even though I'm doing quite well. The fans do take recent games into account, but the weight on the prior season is too heavy IMO.

Haha. I think I was misunderstood... Certainly not saying he should get relegated. Just saying.. it sucks. Try it sometime!

He was being ironic. Like saying "If you think your case is too bad, try mine"

Lower the price of the bleachers some more, not too much. Also, your courtside seats are always full so consider increasing the prices there a bit.

Don't get relegated like someone said. Make a plan for next season or 2. I suggest you train young players and focus on promoting next season. For example, train outside players (with focus on Peachey, Marion, Pritchard, Caugas). They are all young enough to train and short enough. Also they have some potential. I see your best player is 32 so he won't last much longer. Concentrate on outside training and collect money so you can buy replacement for the veteran.

Hopefully you'll dominate the league next season with this approach. I think it's the way to go but also listen other managers what they have to say.
