None. Salary only increase, at the end of the season/beginning of the next season.

Nope. Look at your economy page. For the staff you have this week's salary, and next week's increased salary. For players it stays constant, gets updated at the start of the new season

percentage increase
The increase (or decrease) will shift according to skill traineds and age. There are several calculator to have an idea of the salary you'll have to pay later. Or you may check transfer list and compare by ourself.-

Or you can search in the transfer list for a similar player and see for yourself.
