I am going to train him for one final year i think, his salary should be just over 12k next season, I'm in DIII now and will be there next season. i am going to keep him when i get to DII and although i don't think he'll be starter quantity there i think he could be a good backup. What should i focus now i am thinking getting his passing up to prolfic is is what i should work on that will take 3-4 weeks. any thoughts?

i should add right now he is the best option i have at SF as he has the best rating but i see him in the future more of a PG but it doesn't hurt that he could backup the 1 2 or 3.

I would look for more of a SG because of his high IS and height. I would train his OD up to sensational then JS up to prominent.

If you really want a PG then still train OD to sensational then passing and handling to prolific.

why stop?

he has great secondaries and potential & the age isnt that bad

if u pump up his od & pa all next season 2 sensational in each then give him a season of 1on1 the season after to get up his js ha & dr to all sensational as well u will have a really olid d3 player

then id give him one more season 4 od jr & pa & u will have a solid starter 4 ever
