Here are my 3 young players.What do you think about them?I dont know how to train them next season.Please give some advice,thanks for your help! :D

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: average

You have great trainees. And I agree with Manon about training plan. When training Jump Shot, I'd try JS for SF/PF a bit so your 198cm trainee (2nd one) can score also on inside.

You have to promote in two seasons though because if not, trainees' salaries will kill you in S20 - all three will have at least 45k combined by the age of 20 and 90-110k at age of 21.

woooow!That's a big problem when the trainees grow up.
I will choose 1or2 of them for sale if I can not pay for them. :(

If you don't promote, simply sell them and that'll get you a hell of a lot of money, so it's a win win situation
