For an inside oriented offense is it important to have guards that have higher passing than Jump Shot? Or is it not a big deal?

my pg who has strong passing but strong outside defense and sensational jump shot

does your PG have such low defense???
better change him bro or you will be hammered....
if you would have had a PG with sensational D and proficient JS then he could have been better...moreover the passing needs to be much better...my PG trainee(whose best position is SG) has higher passing than this...
moreover you cant judge the scoring ability of a guard just by JS....what is the JR or your player???

not really higher, but good passing is oworth a lot, which helps you in offensiv execution everywhere. in the past i had a medium scoring team with good passer which worked quite well, mostlyy in motion and li.

ur outside players need high PA to make the entry pass
ur outside players need JR when the inside player(need PA) got double team and kick the ball out
u need RB to get the offense reb and just put the ball back up
u need HA to maintain the ball, and wait for a better chance
u need DR,JS if u face u up more

if u run LI, u need DR on ur outside players more than JS
