He's not bad - hammer that OD, and get it around prodigious, and he'll be a gun player for you. That should be your first priority!

I agree with my rival in the finals. He is in division IV with tremendous OD, that is way more than enough, get some passing up so the whole team can benefit.

My counter to that is that in Div IV, you don't need passing - better to get that OD right up high, then elastic-effect everything else, if it's already almost there anyway. Once you get up into higher divs it's higher to do a good elastic-effect.

if he is going to be a SG, he still need at least Prominent or so Passing. get that passing to proficient since the elastic effect works both ways in that it slows down your other training until you bring it up to par.
