I have recently capped a player and was wondering my his FT can still go up

Free Throws, Stamina, and Gameshape, are not effected by the hard training cap.

I think it's "soft training cap" rather than "hard training cap".

Aren't those two different things? Like when a player hits soft training cap, he can still train, but much slower. When he hits hard training cap, he can't develop at all anymore.

Never heard of a hard cap either, unless you consider a 15 weeks 1 pos training pop as not able to pop :P

PS.: That's a reasonable conclusion for me, but as far as I know there's no strictly hard cap
