Could someone please tell me at what stage does a players salary drop?

Is it when they are 30+ year old?

Think that 32 is their last year when they dont drop.

What was said above is true.

However, since slight adjustments have been made to player salaries pretty much every season since Moses was a boy, another proper answer is "when you stop training him."
