I am Mitch Anderson, or Tha Boss, from the United States. I have played Buzzerbeater for 4 seasons, and already have the knowledge of a veteran. I have connections with some of the best in my country, and some of the best in the other countries. I already have people lining up to help out with the team, including the current manager of a national team. This team is winning very few games at this point. They have won only on a forfeit, and to one of the lowest ranked teams. I want this team to win against big countries. This team has the skills, they just need the right management. I have many qualifications. I have learned from some of the best in the country, and hope to learn more as I climb to the top of Buzzerbeater. In my first season, I was promoted to an IV division in the USA, a very competitive country. This was my first season back in a division V in the USA. The USA is a large and competitive country in Buzzerbeater. I am currently working with young trainees to get players on a U21 team. My biggest accomplishment is being an assistant manager to the country of Denmark. I am in close relations with that country’s national team manager funzip, who has agreed to help with the team. I have him, and multiple guys to help with the team. I have a list of players made up of the best players who are under 21. I even went out and got a Lebanese U21 player to help me qualify for this position. I hope that he can someday be a force for this team while I run it. I will work my hardest to make sure he, and all the other prospects, are being trained properly. I have spent hours on end trying to get the right preparations ready for when this team becomes a force. I can start this team from the ground up, and make them into a force that can win some games. The lack of trophies on the u21 page has been itching away at me, and I can’t wait to fill it up. I want to be able to brag about how the country u21 that I am running is great, then have the trophies to back it up. I am prepared to serve as many seasons as it takes until the people feel I have affectively made a difference. I am an extremely involved member in Buzzerbeater. I’m even in offline programs with Buzzerbeater. I noticed the community was quite baron. I hope to get opinions of what the people think. People should know of any changes, or improvements the team is going through. Involvement is the key to getting that trophy we all have awaited for. Now back to my involvement in the game itself. I am extremely involved in Buzzerbeater, and play much longer than the average person. I am always active while playing. I play hours a day, so I will always have time to answer questions, I promise to reply within 24 hours to any messages. This is unless it is an occasion in which I am away, if that occurs I will alert people. I want to hear everybody’s feedback, so they can tell me about new players, and new ideas. If we’re going to be successful, I need the involvement. I’ll be sending out messages about training, so we can maintain a strong team, and have future prospects to make the team stronger. I think that the team starts with the community. My number one goal is to have an active community. I went up for candidacy for the one reason that I saw this team struggling, and uninvolved, and I wanted to make a difference. I like making a difference at a team level, but I thought it would be fantastic to do it at a Country level. I respect this country, and I feel they should have a team that is well respected as well. I’m not in this for me, I’m in it for the great feeling that I could make a country reach its potential. I have a plan, people to back me up, and the experience to create a team that could someday be a force in the world of Buzzerbeater. Message me please with any questions, I am more than willing to answer any questions you all have. I‘d love your opinions too, fill up my inbox, I can clarify almost anything.

Marhaba guys!

Me
I'm Megadez, or Vincent in real life. 31 years old, working in IT. I'm the current U21 Lubnan Manager and I apply for a second time
I'm also the manager of the Megateam, which has just been promoted to the French First Division, after something like seven seasons in second division.
And i've also worked for a few seasons in the french training organization, that helps managers who have a good potential to reach french NT.
I also have some tutorees to help them to improve in Buzzerbeater.

The past two seasons in U21 Lebanon
There were two goals to achieve:
- setting up training plans for young lebanese players
- improve lebanese results

The first aim is more than a success. Thanks to lebanese managers (and some foreign ones), the level of lebanese players has really increased. The next generation coming will allow us to see higher
The second aim is also achieved. We started the 16th season as 93rd world rank, we now are 80th. We won some games against teams of our level, and we can be confident in our future.

The next two seasons in U21 Lebanon
Of course, if i'm chosen, I won't change the two aims. Because training is the starting point of success, efforts will still be focused on training plans, on following players and trying to find good managers for lebanese players on sale.
But now, as said before, Lebanon can see higher and can have more victories. Going to world cup? I don't sell dreams, but I catch every opportunities. According to the schedule, maybe we could. We are improving Lebanon's level, so in the future, if Lebanon's managers go on like this, it will be a very possible achievement But... who knows!

The players
Some very important players have just left our team. Nsour, El Hadeed... but I really count on Naser Shraideh and Najjar Sulaiman for outside players, and Omar as Center to lead team to the top.
Team now have a good defense. Not a perfect one, but as inside and outside it is an advantage. And team can attack from outside and inside.
The team is promising and I want to go on with you managers and these players

Thanks for reading this, with all the english mistakes
