Get a trophy? we don't have the schedule of the tournament, we don't know our opponents and you don't know the roster of Lebanon. Don't sell dreams ;)

Wow, I'm very impressed... But lebanese managers are not stupid, you know, and they have a clear idea of the players we have in this team. You ? I'm not sure. Trophies ? Yes, but we need time. And a lot of work.

To my mind, I know Megadez is the best option we have to continue to improve lebanese selectionS (U21 and NT). The progression of our youngsters is more than interesting this season, and his feedback is precious... I'm quite satisfied, although each defeat is hard to accept.

Megadez has reached the french first division (Pro A) this season, so he knows what to do. And to be honest, when I see his job and its quality, I think he deserves it, and I hope you will to do the job for that.

Yes I do, if we get the community involved I feel that my second season could be incredible due to all the training that I will be advising people to do.

It's not one season that can make Lebanon catch up the bigger and better nations.
We've been increasing our level these past two seasons, but we still have to work hard. We cannot have more level up than there are per week, so we still need time. For example watch the rosters and games of Australie or Pilipinas. Watch our roster. We are not (yet) on the same planet, with these nations.

As you say, the community has to be involved. Lebanese managers have to train lebanese players and to train them correctly, what they already do for the biggest majority (not sure the word is the good one).

Unless you're a magician ;)

All I'm saying is that maybe there needs to be a change. I just need a chance to prove myself to you guys. You could have a chance to run for an NT if I win this, so why would you give that chance up. You can say you've managed a U21 team :D

@Tha Boss: so, if you say that there is a need to change, what should be changed? what would you do instead of me, something i didn't do? If you chose Lebanon, it's because you've followed this country, the results, the trainings and the several topics and communiqués. What would you improve?
