Bonjour,

Je me présente je suis Friking, actuel manager des N Browns, une équipe de D.IV française.
J'ai commencé à jouer à Buzzer Beater à la fin de la saison 12.

J'ai déjà une certaine expérience dans ce jeu, en effet avec mon effectif de D.IV française j'ai réussi à arriver dans les 32 dernières équipes lors de la coupe de France. Ce qui je pense montre mes capacités à pouvoir analyser et battre des équipes qui sur le papier sont meilleures.
De plus j'ai déjà une expérience dans le domaine international, en effet j'ai dans mon effectif un joueur qui a fait parti des U21 Sénégalais et qui est actuellement dans l'équipe A du Sénégal, mais aussi dans le rôle d'assistant de mangoose sélectionneur des U21 Sénégalais. Mon rôle d'assistant consistait à aider les managers pour la formation des futurs joueurs Sénégalais, je donnais également mon avis sur les choix tactiques, entre autres choses.
Ce qui me permet de savoir se qui se passe des deux côtés, du côté du sélectionneur et du côté des managers, et pour moi c'est un avantage.

J'ai choisi de me présenter pour le poste de sélectionneur des U21 Luxembourgeois car depuis la dernière élection remportée par Yannoch, je me suis de plus en plus intéressé à cette nation, j'ai d'ailleurs pût donné mon aide à l'actuel sélectionneur de l'équipe A luxembourgeoise quand ce dernier me l'a demandée.
En effet je connais Yannoch depuis plusieurs saisons car nous sommes dans la même ligue, ce qui est forcément un plus pour les relations entre U21 et A.

Mes objectifs sont simples : obtenir quelques victoires durant l'euro, gagner quelques places dans le classement des équipes nationales, et faire en sorte que les jeunes luxembourgeois soient bien entrainés pour le futur de cette nation et ainsi la rendre meilleure de saison en saison.

J'ai également déjà fait une « pré-liste » de joueurs, mais n'ayant pas les caractéristiques de tous les joueurs je ne peux pas faire de liste définitive. J'ai donc déjà une liste de 12-13 joueurs qui seront très probablement dans l'équipe et ensuite d'autres joueurs dont je n'arrive pas trop à me faire une idée précise sans les caractéristiques.

Hi,

I am Friking, coach of the N Browns, a team in french league IV.
I started BuzzerBeater at the end of the season 12.

I have already an experience of this game, indeed with my roster of league IV, I succeed to be in the 32 last team for the Cup of France. I think this performance shows my capacities to analyse and beat teams who are in theory better.
Moreover I have already an international experience, because I have in my roster a player who played for U21 Senegal 's team and who is playing for NT of Senegal. I was in the staff of mangoose, the U21 Senegal's coach last season. My work as assistant consisted in help coaches for the training of Senegal players, I gave my opinion about tactical choices...
With that experience I know what's happen on both sides, side of NT's coach and side of managers, for me it's an advantage.

I choose to give my candidacy for Luxembourg's U21 because since the election of Yannoch, I am interested for this country. I gave him my assisant to Yannoch when he asked me.
Indeed I know Yannoch for a few seasons because we are in the same league, this is necessarily a good things for the relationship between U21 and A.

My purposes are simple : get some victories durint the Continental Cup, win some places in the classification of national teams, and try to give good advices for the training of the Luxembourd's players to improve this nation and get it better for the next seasons.

I have also a « pre-list » of players, but I have'nt access to their skills I can't do a definitive list. I have 12-13 players in my list who will probably be in the team and after others players which I can't imagine their skills so I have to wait to know if they will be in the team or not.

Bonjour à tous les managers Luxembourgeois, je me présente AW9, manager français des Boston Cs, promu en D.IV France, je joue à Buzzerbeater depuis plusieurs saisons ce qui me permet maintenant, au vu de mon expérience de me proposer pour le poste de sélectionneur des U21 du Luxembourg. Je me présente aux élections avec un autre manager qui m’aidera dans ma tache, il se nomme Macsime, manager des Portland JaylBlazers qui sont en D.IV France également. Il joue à Buzzerbeater depuis la saison 7, ainsi sa grande expérience ne peut être qu’un bonus pour vous et moi. Il s’occupera de faire les compositions de match avec moi et également d’améliorer la communication avec les managers et tous les Luxembourgeois. Nous avons déjà une expérience commune en tant que staff du Sénégal U21, que nous avons mené en finale de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations avec Mangoose. Je tiens également à vous dire pourquoi j’ai choisi le Luxembourg : j’ai de la famille qui y a vécu mais également car le challenge de ce pays m’intéresse vraiment.Je voudrais sauver les joueurs des équipes bots.

Les objectifs de mon mandat sont de bâtir une équipe capable de gagner quelques matchs à l’euro espoir, d’aiguiller la formation de certains jeunes de talent, et montrer que le Luxembourg est une valeur montante dans Buzzerbeater. Mais également de préparer les meilleurs espoirs pour la sélection A du Luxembourg qui est entrainé par un autre manager français Yannoch. Le but final est donc de faire du Luxembourg une équipe qui compte dans Buzzerbeater, et de façonner quelques joueurs susceptibles d’inquiéter nos adversaires.

Nous créerons également un forum pour tous les managers Luxembourgeois qui relatera les matchs quart temps par quart temps avec les statistiques de chaque joueur et également des réactions d’après match. Le forum permettra également un Suivi pour CHAQUE joueur, qui aura son propre sujet et donc une attention toute particulière de la part du staff. Il permettra également une communication permanente et un échange entre les membres du staff et les managers Luxembourgeois. Donc si je suis élu, j’améliorerai la communication mais également je ferai de l’équipe du Luxembourg une équipe plus compétitive grâce au travail de chacun. Je compte sur tout les managers car c’est avant tout vous qui faites que ce pays qui m’est si cher soit représenté, et si je peux vous aider en prenant la tête de la sélection U21, je le ferai avec toute mon envie et ma joie de partager ces moments avec vous.

Hello to all the Luxembourg managers, my name is AW9, French manager of Boston Cs, promoted in D.IV France; I play Buzzerbeater since several seasons what allows me now, in view of my experience to propose me for manager's post of the U21 of the Luxembourg. I appear at the elections with another manager who will help me in my spot, he names Macsime, the manager of the Portland JaylBlazers which are in D.IV France also. The objectives of my mandate are to build a team who can win some matches at the euro hope, to directing the training to certain talented young people, and to showing that the Luxembourg is a rising value in Buzzerbeater. But also to prepare the best prospects for the selection A of the Luxembourg which is trained by another French manager Yannoch. The final goal thus is to make of the Luxembourg a team which counts in Buzzerbeater, and to shape some players susceptible to worry our opponents.

We shall also create a forum for all the Luxemburg managers which will tell the matches quarter time by quarter time with the statistics of every player and also reactions according to match. The forum will also allow a Follow-up for EVERY player, who will have its own subject and thus a quite particular attention on behalf of the staff. He will also allow a permanent communication and an exchange between the members of the staff and Luxemburg managers. Thus if I am elected, I shall improve the communication but also I shall make of the team of the Luxembourg a more competitive team thanks to the work of each. I count on everything the managers because it is above all you who make that this country which is so dear to me is represented, and if I can help you by taking the head of the selection U21, I shall make him with all my envy and my enjoyment share these moments with you.

just briefly :D.. I am looking for U21 position in your country.

After 6 seasons on BB, I just reached II. division in my country (Slovakia). Strong league with big community and successful U21 team. I have huge experience with training young players for U21 teams. I trained players for slovak, spain, honkong, pakistan and indian U21 teams. Now I have greece U21 international and potential italian and lituania U21 players.

I helped slovak U21 team as consultant before and what is important, I am Pakistan U21 manager these days.. You may see my results in this country.. With so small country (only 2 active managers last season) I reached 79th position in rankings what is the equal best position in new era in Pakistan. And I did it with players aged 18 to 20 years, so I left that team in much better shape as 2 seasons ago.. You may ask, why I am leaving Pakistan.. Because it has pretty silent inactive community and no cooperation with U21 and NT teams.

Why Luxembourg? You have a potential in your young team, you have good base and I hope, you will have active community, which would help U21 team.

Why me? I am experienced manager, know how to train young players, have managed U21 Pakistan team who has pretty similar structure, problems and base and of course, I know this secret formula about "one posted training" :D..

Plans. The main topic is to adapt one posted training in your country and find domestic managers who will train young players for NT teams.

Staff. I will use domestic managers to help me with U21 team. For me is important to use guys, who are competing in the league, where young potential U21 players are playing..

Hello those of Luxembourg.

I would like to welcome you to my humble aboud. As I have heard around the grape vine you are one of the many countries that has a small population of buzzerbeater players. And because of this, people try to take advantageof you and mess up your NT! Well, I would just like to tell you all that I am not one of those people. I have worked hard in buzzerbeater for 5 seasons and have much experience in managing a franchise. I just want to get across the memo that I will swag up your team and win the cup...you feelin' me? So if you want to have the flyest manager in the world hook me up wit dis job iight?
