Here's my guy that I'm trying to get to u21. Drafted him last season and I'm currently training jump shot. How is he and is he on the right track?

You should keep training JS and get it to like strong or proficent and then do 1 on 1 training until you get both DR and HD to prolific and then get PS up there aswell and then the rest of the time on OD....

He should look something like this

Jump Shot Strong(2) Jump Range Average
O Defense Sensational (1) Handling Prolific (2)
Driving Prolific (4) Passing Prolific (2)
Inside Shot Pitiful (1) Inside Defense inept
Rebounding Mediocre Shot Blocking Atrocious
Stamina Pitiful Free Throw Average
that would be 12 pops could be more depending on the cross training and you trainer level

It's a great looking trainee. With his RB he could make a few triple-doubles too.

It all depends on what U21 is after...a pure shooting guard? A pure point guard? A combo guard? We can help you, but first there's decision of U21 staff on what they want from your player...and in the end it's you who decide how is your youngster going to train.
