Does elastic skill only affect a certain particular skill or a whole skillset (inside, outside)? Or does corresponding skills in elastic effect the same as skills related to another in normal trainings (Like One on Ones train 4 different skills)? A 19 year old player of mine hit prolific in Driving, I want to know what skill will train fast because of that as I got a few proficient skills on him too.
