I'm looking at you game and it seems it finished fine. I'm not saying there was no bug, just trying to ascertain what exactly happened.

The game didn't start on time. It just popped up and started running around the 2nd quarter with 3 minutes to go :)

It's not that unusual. Sometimes the start of games is delayed by other calculations, in this case, training.
