Training does not work this way.
Training operates on a weekly schedule, from Saturday to Friday. This includes your 2 leagues, Saturday and Tuesday, and either a Cup game or Scrimmage on Thursday.
Then Friday morning, at 6, or later, players will train which every attributes you decide to set. 1 position, trains the fastes, 2 position next, then 3 positioin, and then finally Team training is the slowest.
Next you should no optimum training is attained by playing the 48+ mins at the position. 48+ is essentially a full game without subbing out. 48 mins will give you nearly full training, but not quite full. Missed minutes do not scale down uniformally. That is to say, if you get 36 min, you do not receive 75% of the training, but maybe near 33%. I don't know if anyone knows exactly.
