How much should I be paying as a weekly salary for a trainer?

And what caliber trainer should I have?

I'm in a very low league, but I take training very serious and I want to train my guys to be stars and keep them for many years. I fully plan to win the title in my current league, if not this season (I'm currently #1), then next season for sure. I feel like I already have the best team in my league. I have three star players with salaries around 10K, and nobody else in this division has another over 5K. Of the 16 teams in the league, only 7 are run by humans.

I'm new to this, so I'm not sure what caliber trainer I should have and what is a good salary to be paying him weekly?

Thanks in advance for your opinions and info..........

Go with level 4 (advanced). Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Also try to find him for about 12k-ish and I wouldn't pay more than 20k or 30k for signing bonus. You ahve to be patient.

Now, the rest of your questions should really be asked in the help forums instead of the USA general forums. Maybe a GM can chime in if I'm wrong on this?

You seem to have answered all of his questions, the rest was just a bit of background information about his team (which is kinda helpful when doling out financial advice, actually).

He could get answers faster in Help, of course, but it's not like this forum is so choked with posts that we can't handle a question or two.

Never gonna happen. I don't know if you've heard, but I'm kind of notorious for being a twat.
