Nobody really plays anyone till they're 50, but I like players until around 30-34, but players start to drop in skills after 32.

Too old for what? Since players don't retire by themselves, you can keep them indefinitely. However, their skills start to decline once they pass the age of 30, and by the time they reach 40, they probably won't be any good at all.
I generally sell them once they hit 33, since that's when their skills drop visibly and it's pretty much your last chance to get any money for them.

well there are 2 answers to that depending on the requirement,
if you are asking the last age to play then u can keep a player in your team for indefinite period of time.
if you want to keep a player to play in competitive games then the age should not exceed 35.

That's nothing you can determine based on age. Current World Class players can probably be used until they're deep in the 40's. Of course they'll become worse and worse but for lower leagues they'll still be valuable. Also given that their experience will be very very high by then.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

When the production gets worse, the salary drops as well so you'll just need to judge if the player's skills are still good enough for the league youo're playing.
