My first poll... I just hope this gives a good turnout...

Poll:  You got a 4000 or up salary player, with Perennial or up potential, what do you do?

Sell 'em
Train em

The first time I got such a quality player I decided to quit my current training program then directly train my rookie... then it became a force of habit to train players with such quality.

Perennial or superstar pot. => I train him
MVP or more pot. => I sell him (and I buy someone with perennial pot., just to save some money)

no... just what you usually practice... or maybe on experience, what did you do...

this may be player acquired from the draft, or transfer

Gotta be depends on the situation; if I already am focusing on a training regime that would not be good for him (training inside skills when draftee is a short player), I'd probably sell him. If I don't have any other players to train I'd probably look to see if there are any other players from my country who could use training before deciding on it.

Train! That's the option I'm a big fan of! I was lucky to get a 8k MVP who led my team to the top-division and I'm proud of him:)

We are the ones who wanna play, always wanna go but we never wanna stay
