well i have seen it in FIBA 2 weeks ago but if you say so then i will accept it,not my problem if the game isn't like the real one.
but i only mention that i meant that i should get FT in an offensive foul was done AFTER the fouling team already got 4 team fouls,i think this is the point you and i don't fully understood each others

I think you've never played basketball in your life. It's okay, but please read what other users told you and accept it.
If the team has 10 fouls and then someone makes an offensive foul, you don't get FTs.
If the team has 100 fouls and then someone makes an offensive foul, you don't get FTs.
If the team has 1000 fouls and then someone makes an offensive foul, you don't get FTs.
Clearer now?
